Shipping and Delivery

We proudly offer shipping to any destination in the world. We send your product via DHL, UPS or Fedex. The size and weight of your products determine the amount you are charged by our chosen delivery partner. The delivery address should include home, street address, zip code, and valid telephone number.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes may apply and vary according to the countries involved. Fabio Bordi Artistic Mosaic Studio can’t be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Any additional charges for customs clearance and/or taxes must be borne by the buyer. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.

Your shipment is fully insured door to door.

Shipment Tracking

We are as excited about you receiving your mosaic masterpiece as you are. As soon as your mosaic ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number for you to check the status of your package and the estimated delivery date online.

Delivery

Because each mosaic masterpiece is custom made, it may take 3 to 5 weeks for delivery.

Lost Items

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided or if the mosaic got lost or stolen, Fabio Bordi Artistic Mosaic Studio won’t be held responsible for any additional costs incurred nor will be able to give a refund.

Packaging

Every effort is made to ensure that you receive your masterpiece in the same condition they leave our workshop. Your mosaic is packaged to the best standard possible with thick paper to protect against dust and an additional layer of heavy duty polyester film to ensure maximum protection and safe delivery. The polyester film also makes unwrapping your mosaic quick and easy without any mess.
